We never had to wonder about any part of the process she kept us educated and informed every step of the way. She understood our needs and wants and delivered with every home she showed. We had our approval prior to looking but 2 weeks out from signing our loan officer said that we would no longer qualified under the loan package we choose. We were gutted. I thought that everything was up ended and we would not be able to move into our newly built home. Tearfully I called Melissa to express my apologies for all the work and time she had put in. She assured me that everything would be ok. She hung up and called me back in less than two hours we were still approved and the closing was moved up!
